— A public service announcement created using Adobe After Effects and Illustrator

This project was my first-ever complete animation! During the making, I learned how to focus ideas through mood-boards, how to storyboard and collaborate with a team for feedback, and how to assemble various compositions into a cohesive piece.

I also had plenty of practice recording the narration, toying with a lot of speaking styles to find the one that came through the best in video.

This PSA is brought to you by StudioReigh.

Please, make sure to spay or neuter your pets.

“Keep Our Pets Safe!”

– Opening scene, paw prints stamp the screen, revealing title underneath until full title text is shown.
– We all want to spend as much time with our furry friends as possible.
– Did you know dogs that are spayed or neutered live on average 20% longer than dogs who are not fixed,
– and fixed cats live a whopping 50% longer on average!
– There are many benefits to spaying and neutering, such as curbing behaviors like spraying, fighting, and roaming around.
– Don’t forget your rabbits! Rabbits reproduce very quickly and are the second-most frequently surrendered species at shelters
– Spread the word, and help keep our pets safe, happy, and healthy.
– Some pets gain weight after surgery, so make sure to work with your vet to monitor their diet, and help your pets get plenty of exercise. Talk with your vet today.
